This juice is a great way to quickly send a bunch of nutrients into your system. Great to kickstart your day!
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon (peel removed)
- 5-7 kale (or other green) leaves
- 1/2 bunch parsley
Preparation:
- Run ingredients through a juicer or blend all ingredients in Vitamix or blender and strain through a nut milk bag or muslin cloth
- Drink immediately
Tip: use organic vegetables if possible
