Cucumber – Lemon – Ginger – Mint Water
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of italian lemon
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- a few slices of fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cup torn mint leaves
Preparation:
- Place the ingredients in a large glass jar and pour over water. Allow to infuse for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.*
Watermelon – Rosemary Water
Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 cups watermelon cut into cubes
- 1 -2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Preparation:
- Place the rosemary in a large glass jar and press with a muddler to release flavor
- Add the watermelon and pour over water.
- Allow to infuse for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.*
Orange – Vanilla Water
Ingredients:
- 2-inch piece of vanilla bean, sliced open
- 3-4 slices of orange
Preparation:
- Place in a glass jar and press down a bit on the orange to release some of its juice
- Pour over water and allow to infuse for a few hours in the fridge before serving *
Coriander – Lime Water
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- few slices of lime
Preparation:
- Place the coriander leaves and lime slices in a large glass jar and press with a muddler to release the juices
- Pour over water.
- This one you can serve immediately. Letting it sit too long will make it slightly bitter in taste.
