I’m loving my breakfast in a glass, can you tell??! It’s an easy and quick way to get a serving of nutrient dense vegetables in right at the start of the day. Plus fiber, superfoods, protein, a bit of fruits. Perfect!
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 small bananas (or one large one)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cucumber (organic, skin on)
- 2 cups kale
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- squeeze of lemon
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy!
