What’s not to love? A yummy, filling, super duper healthy smoothie that powers you up for the rest of the day.
(makes 2 large smoothies)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups spinach or kale or watercress (or any other fresh greens you like)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tsp barley grass powder (or any other green powder) *
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds *
- 2 tbsp goji berries (soaked in warm water for 15 minutes) *
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth
- Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
