Mango & Cucumber Lassi

Mango & Cucumber Lassi

(serves 1)

Lassi is a traditional Indian yoghurt based drink.  In this recipe cucumber adds a refreshing twist to the popular mango lassi. A touch of cardamom brings out the flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • ½ cup grated cucumber
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • Few ice cubes
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a high power blender and blend till smooth.
