Super Breakfast Smoothie

What’s not to love? A yummy, filling, super duper healthy smoothie that powers you up for the rest of the day.

(makes 2 large smoothies)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups spinach or kale or watercress (or any other fresh greens you like)
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tsp barley grass powder (or any other green powder) *
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds *
  • 2 tbsp goji berries (soaked in warm water for 15 minutes) *

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth
  • Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
