Berry Banana Breakfast Bowl

A green twist on the well known “Acai Berry Bowl” but just as healthful and delicious.

(serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder (or any other green powder of your choice)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 3 tbsp Not so Plain Vanilla Granola
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds *

Preparation:

  • Place the frozen banana in a blender with the avocado and green powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Scoop into a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients
