Granola, Fruit & Yoghurt Bowl

Crunchy home-made granola, sweet, juicy fruits and creamy yoghurt come together in a healthy, wholesome breakfast option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cut seasonal fruit of your choice
  • ¼ cup yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp home-made granola (recipe for Not So Plain Vanilla Granola here)
  • 1 tbsp goji berries (optional)

Preparation:

  • Place the fruit in a bowl
  • Pour the yoghurt over it
  • Top with granola and goji berries
