Crunchy home-made granola, sweet, juicy fruits and creamy yoghurt come together in a healthy, wholesome breakfast option.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cut seasonal fruit of your choice
- ¼ cup yoghurt
- 3 tbsp home-made granola (recipe for Not So Plain Vanilla Granola here)
- 1 tbsp goji berries (optional)
Preparation:
- Place the fruit in a bowl
- Pour the yoghurt over it
- Top with granola and goji berries
