Paleo: No Grains, Legumes, Dairy, Sugar… What DO you eat??

25 days into my Paleo journey and despite a few hick-ups here and there, I am flying. Truth be told, I sneaked in some quinoa and feta cheese during a lunch the other day which actually helped confirm the necessity to stay full-on Paleo for a while longer because my body did react. Other than that, it is has been fairly easy to stay committed to a diet without grains, legumes, dairy, and sugar. How: by making a serious effort to cook good food, planning ahead of time, finding Paleo friendly alternatives to favorites and keeping some healthy snack options ready at hand.

I do get the question “What DO you eat?” a lot when I explain the Paleo concept so here are some things I have been tucking into lately:

Bolognese Stuffed Capsicum (minus the feta) with a Cucumber Salad on the side
